Pass Summary: Good pass overall. DSN needed to use the correct TGC with the
Phase 2 software before data acquisition. This delayed AOS by 25 minutes.
SEPICA ops were non-nominal with OCR involvement.
Anomalies: DR #L1500 from D66 about loss of telemetry. The station
procedures should include the TGC appropriate for each mission - for ACE
the TGC used needs Phase 2 software.
*Station D66 was confused by our "real-time" and "dump" data not realizing
we received both in high rate. The operators use TCA 1 for initial rate of
498 then TCA 2 for the high rate. "Real-time" is TCA 1 and "dump" data is
TCA 2. This was confusing.
*To clarify for D66, stay with the rate required not whether it is
"real-time" or "dump" or VC1 or TCA1 etc.

Pass Summary:
Good pass with some problems encountered when the FOT attempted to change the
pass to 'unattended' for the last 30 minutes so that ranging data could be
collected for as long as possible. D46 personnel were unable to accomodate
this request because bringing down command modulation (to stop any commands
from being sent to the spacecraft) also brought down the ranging capability.
This problem was due to a configuration issue at the station and the ACE NOPE
is developing a procedure for the stations to follow so that in the future
the FOT should always be able to end commanding with ranging still enabled so
that passes can be tranistioned to unattended as necessary.
Anomalies:
* Ranging disabled @ 2310 as a result of Command Modulation being
disabled @ 2310. DR # forthcoming. NOPE looking into new procedure for
Stations to implement when configuring for an ACE support.
