ACE Weekly Report: 01-17-01 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An attitude maneuver was successfully executed on 01-16-01. The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for 01-26-01. Attitude Maneuver Start Time=17:49:25 Attitude Maneuver End Time=17:57:20 Pre-Maneuver HGA = -4.43 deg. Sun Angle = 6.33 deg. Post-Maneuver HGA = 4.45 deg. Sun Angle = 8.03 deg. Current S/C range: 1547264.653 km SSR A's 30 telemetry sections were scrolled through on 01-10-01 to verify the number of SBEs and DBEs. No DBEs or new SBEs were detected; 15 SBEs were originally detected in December 1999. SSR B's 30 telemetry sections were scrolled through on 01-13-01. There continue to be zero SBEs and DBEs. Degraded telemetry was received intermittently for a total of ~1 hour and 5 minutes during the support on 01-11-01. All affected SSR slices were redumped during the support [AR G01-0004, DR# N70744]. ACE MOC was notified that PDU-16 experienced a power failure on 01-17-01 at ~07:00 UTC. The FOT verified that the only string affected was the MOR string of equipment. The TPOCC System Administrators (TSMs) were notified and successfully brought back up the system in time for the day's support. No additional problems were experienced as a result of the power failure.
