ACE Weekly 12/26/03 - 01/01/04

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. No attitude 
maneuver was executed this reporting period. The next attitude maneuver 
will occur on 01/02/03.

The next SEZ event will start around 02/22/04 and the minimum angle will be 
approximately 0.645 degrees.

Ongoing Activities:

TAPS:
Release 4.1.12 was delivered on 12/18/03 and is currently being tested by 
the FOT.  Release 4.1.13 is scheduled for delivery on 01/06/04.

Automation (ROBOTT):
- ROBOTT version 0.3 (Offline) is operational on String 1.
- ROBOTT Version 0.4 has been installed on String 2 and is currently being 
tested by the FOT.  This release included HSM, Offline, and Command & Control.

Anomalies:

DOY 04001 (01/01/2004) ACE Anomaly G04-0001 - Officesubs Filename Mismatch
FORMATS unable to send Officesubs files to APL. Found that 
officesubs_ascii_rename (and the
subsequently called scripts) do not add enough 0s to the output filename if 
DOY < 10 (e.g. 01 instead of 001). Renamed the files and resent them to 
/home/ace/ops/FormatsIn/.  MOCR 04-0990 submitted, officesub_ascii_rename 
already rewritten to fix problem and also simplified code.
