ACE Weekly 01/09/03 - 01/15/04 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. No maneuvers were executed this reporting period. The next attitude maneuver will occur on 01/16/04. ============================================================================ Orbit Events: The next SEZ event will start around 02/22/04 and the minimum angle will be approximately 0.645 degrees. ===================================================================== OCRs Executed: None. ===================================================================== Ongoing Activities: TAPS: Release 4.1.13 was delivered on 01/06/04 and is currently being tested by the FOT. Open DRs have been prioritized by the FOT in preparation for transition. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Automation (ROBOTT): - ROBOTT version 0.3 (Offline) is operational on String 1. - ROBOTT Version 0.4 has been installed on String 2 and is currently being tested by the FOT. This release included HSM, Offline, and Command & Control. Testing of DRs fixed in Release 0.4 is progressing well. There is only 1 more DR to be tested. CRON testing of Release 0.4 began 1/13/04. Both advisory and auto modes of C&C have been tested by the FOT. There seems to be some problems running C&C in auto mode, but this was expected. - The only component not delivered to the FOT for testing is the Real-time Monitor. ===================================================================== Anomalies: DOY 04014 (01/14/04) ACE Anomaly G04-0008 - GDS 26m (DSS-16) Incorrect Command Mod Index Attempts to command spacecraft failed, no indication from spacecraft of receipt of command. Notified DSS-16 of situation and requested verification of command mod index. Once correct command mod index was verified the FOT attempted to command spacecraft with no success. Requested station manually re-enter the command mod index of 0.86dB. Subsequent commands were successful. See ACE Anomalies 03-0064, 03-0074, 03-0076, and 03-0107. IMPACT: Delayed pass activities. DR #G103948 DOY 04015 (01/15/04) ACE Anomaly S04-0001 - Mnemonic ULEIS_LVPS_I Yellow High Violation While testing our new Trending system it was discovered that the mnemonic ULEIS_LVPS_I has been violating its Yellow High limit of 0.43 consistently since Launch. TPOCC didn't catch the violation because the limit switch value is truncated during compilation of the database and thus never triggers limit checking. Notified Bruce Andrews. IMPACT: None. The current on ULEIS is as its supposed to be. Limits are to be updated per Bruce Andrews email. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Glen A.
