OCRs:

OCR SEP-110 is scheduled to start on Wednesday 01/03/2007 (DOY 003) in
conjunction with the attitude maneuver scheduled for Thursday 01/04/2006
(DOY 004).  Sepica will be power-cycled to try to induce a gas valve to
open.

Activities:

The solar panel output was not impacted by the recent X-class solar flares.
In the past (7/16/2000, 11/6/2001 and 10/29/2003) solar storms had caused a
~2% drop in solar panel performance.  Current solar panel performance is 87%
of beginning of mission output.

RIONET - Testing and configuration of String 3 continues.
* Commanding was tested on Thursday 12/28/2006 (DOY 362) but commands from
String 3/RIONet were not reaching JPL's Special Function Gateway (SFG).
Investigation continues.
* FDF is reworking their process so that ACE ephemeris files are available
to the RIONet.  This is expected to be completed by 01/03/2007.
* DSN CDR delivery to String 3 has not yet been configured for the RIONet IP
address.
* Completion of testing and configuration of String 3 is targeted
01/09/2007.
* Tentative start date for converting String 2 to the Restricted IONet is
01/16/2007.

Space Link Extension (SLE) - ACE SLE version 2.1 was delivered to the
Library on April 28, 2006.  Installation in the ACE MOC will not occur until
after the MOC is converted to the RIONET.

Anomalies:

DOY 355 (12/21/2006) S-ACE-0136 (G06-0123) - ACETLANPC failure.
The acetlanpc froze again.  This PC performs processing of DSN's 0158
monitor data and backup archiving of critical data.   Hardware Maintenance
replaced the PC power supply again.  (The PC last froze on DOY 347
(12/13/2006) and Hardware Maintenance replaced the PC power supply for the
first time.)
IMPACT:  DSN's 0158 monitor data not saved for DOY 355.  Manual processing
performed to maintain backup archiving of critical data.

DOY 362 (12/28/2006) S-ACE-0137 (G06-0124) - ACETLANPC failure
The acetlanpc froze again.  Hardware maintenance notified.
