ACE Weekly 02/09/2007 - 02/15/2007 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. ============================================================================ Orbit/Attitude: Type Attitude Date 02/09/2007 DOY 040 2007 Thrusters 2R 4R- 4R+ Duration 10:14 min Start 17:35:36z Stop 17:45:50z StartHGA -4.66 deg StopHGA +6.24 deg Firing 52 pulses FinalSCMass 1392.686lbs The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for Friday, 02/23/2007. ============================================================================ OCRs: None ============================================================================ Activities: RIONET - Testing and configuration of String 3 continues. * DSN CDR download not yet successful. Troubleshooting continues. Another test is scheduled for Thursday February 22. SPS * DSN has transitioned the new schedule server to operations. * Occasional download errors (~2%) have occurred as the SOAP request gives the latest URL before the file can actually be downloaded. ROBOTT * Release v1.0.3 is scheduled for Monday February 26. This patch release will contain the necessary DR fixes (CDSID#22954 and #23091) to allow ROBOTT to work with the RIONet. Space Link Extension (SLE) - ACE SLE version 2.1 was delivered to the Library on April 28, 2006. Installation in the ACE MOC will not occur until after the MOC is converted to the RIONET. ============================================================================ Anomalies: DOY 041 02/10/2007 S-ACE-0153 G07-0014 Paging File Overwritten A paging file from the test string overwrote the file from the ops string. Background: The ground automation (ROBOTT) sends pass information to the ops team's pagers. A file is FTPd to the Data Distribution Sever (DDS) where it is sent to the paging service. The timing of the two strings can cause one of the files to be overwritten if the filenames are the same. IMPACT: The FOT never received notification that the pass had started (Saturday). At BOT+66minutes a second page was received indicating that the automation software was in fact working successfully.
