Orbit/Attitude:

No maneuvers were completed this week.  The next attitude maneuver is
scheduled for Wednesday 03/04/2009.

Activities:

Data Capture:  100%  DOY 046-053 2009

An ACE Multi-Mission Ops Center (MMOC) test was completed on Friday
02/20/2009.  This test created separate VC1 (realtime) and VC2 (playback)
CDR files.  The files were delivered to the ACE Science Center so that they
can modify their data processing to handle the new CDR format after the
transition to the SLE network protocol.

Anomalies:

DOY 050  02/19/2009  S-ACE-0416  G09-0012  DSS-46 CMD/SLE Problems
DSS-46 was unable to process SLE commands at Beginning Of Track (BOT).  The
problem was resolved when the station corrected the TCP time.

IMPACT:  Activities delayed 25 minutes.

DOY 052  02/21/2009  S-ACE-0417  G09-0013  DSS-27 Transmitter Reset
The DSS-27 transmitter tripped off at 2328z.  The transmitter was reset and
uplink was re-established 2351z.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  No commanding was required during 23 minute outage.
