ACE Weekly 11/18/2009 - 11/24/2009 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. The current downlink format is LowRate ADC. The downlink format will be switched back to RTSW on DOY 329 at 1900z. This does not affect the recorded science data. ======================================================================== Orbit/Attitude: Type Attitude Date 11/20/2009 DOY 324 2009 Thrusters 2R 4R+ 4R- Duration 15:22 min Start 15:51:34z Stop 16:06:56z HGAStart -6.41deg HGAStop 7.68deg SunStart 11.28deg SunStop 5.79deg SpinStart 5.0316rpm SpinStop 5.0362rpm Nutation 0.16deg Firing 78 pulses FuelUsed 0.2456lbs FuelRemain 139.6664lbs FinalSCMass 1373.926lbs The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for Monday 11/30/2009. ======================================================================= OCRs: None ======================================================================== Activities: Data Capture: 99.99% DOY 319-326 2009 31 second gap due to pass lost on DOY 320 (2009-321 10:16:02-10:16:32) DOY 328 11/24/2009 - Multi-Mission Operations Center (MMOC) Pass The normal tracking pass scheduled with DSS-24 was taken from the MMOC. All nominal commanding was performed from the new ITOS system with automatic procedure execution. The DOY 328 data will not be available in the legacy (TLM-3-27) format. The ACE Science Center needed to update their data processing software to simultaneously handle the DOY 328 0161 format and the DOY 327/329 TLM-3-27 format. Attitude and clock reports were generated using the old software in the ACE MOC. At the end of the pass, the spacecraft was commanded to LowRate ADC instead of RTSW. The anomaly report will be included in next week's report. ======================================================================== Anomalies: None
