Activities:

Data Capture:  100%  DOY 002-009 2011

DSN's DCD data was missing 1 hour 10 minutes of playback data from DOY
007.  DSN updated the DCD files on DOY 010.  See AR#G11-0003

There is a higher than normal risk of data loss from October 2010
through February 2011.  If there are problems with the passes, it may
not be possible to acquire additional DSN time.

Anomalies:


DOY 007  01/07/2010  S-ACE-0575  G11-0003  No Data on DSN DCD
The DSN DCD was missing data from the DOY 007 pass (23:17 - 23:25z).
This corresponds to 1 hour 10 minutes of playback data (DOY 007
04:05:12-05:15:25z).  The data was successfully sent to the MMOC.
IMPACT:  DSN updated the DOY 007 DCD files on DOY 010.  ACE Science
Center data processing was delayed.


DOY 008  01/08/2010  S-ACE-0576  G11-0004  DSS-27 Red -- Exciter
DSS-27 Block V Exciter's S-band power amplifier had failed.  No
commanding was possible.  The spacecraft remained in the RTSW format
during the pass.
IMPACT:  Fortunately, time was available on DOY 009 with DSS-65 for a
short pass.  The SSR playback was completed during the 2 passes on DOY
009.
