The ACE Project has decided to power off the SEPICA instrument.  
SEPICA is scheduled to be powered down on 04/20/2011 (DOY 110).  
SEPICA has been in Standby Mode since 2011-094-14:24:39.              
All other ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally.

Before Beginning Of Track, ITOS had problems connecting telemetry,
"timeout reading from tm_controller".  ITOS was stopped and restarted
and the ACE pass was taken successfully.  CDSID#00027515
IMPACT:  Manual intervention required.
