closed and reopened

	Sun Jun 17 2012, DOY 169 20:43:25z opened to 100%

Anomalies:

Update on AR#S12-0001  S-ACE-0639  SWEPAM-E Overcount Alarm
The SWEPAM-Electron overcount alarm has been flagging almost
continuously for the past 2 weeks (DOY 153 onward).  The instrument team
is working to determine what the overcount threshold should be set at.
The instrument team doubled the threshold from 0x20 to 0x40 on 6/1/2012
(DOY 153).  IMPACT: The instrument automatically reduces voltages when
the overcount alarm occurs.
