ACE Weekly ACE Weekly 09/11/2012 - 09/17/2012 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing as expected. ======================================================================== Orbit/Attitude: No maneuvers were completed this week. The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for Monday 09/24/2012. ======================================================================== OCRs: None ======================================================================== Activities: Data Capture: 100% DOY 253-260 2012 The WS1 ground antenna continues to investigate their telemetry timestamp which has 2 problems: 1) the time occasionally reads 1/1/2012 0000z and 2) the millisecond field isn't populated. A 3 hour engineering test with all pass activities has not yet been scheduled. ======================================================================== Anomalies: DOY 258 09/14/2012 S-ACE-0650 G12-0012 Power Failure Goldstone DSN's Goldstone site had a power failure (voltage sag) and the ACE pass scheduled with DSS-27 was lost. DR#G113221 IMPACT: No data loss. A range only pass was converted to a no-ranging tracking pass. Playback was caught up over several days. NOAA SWPC did not lose data as the spacecraft remained in RTSW format. DOY 259 09/15/2012 S-ACE-0647 G12-0009 DSN TLM SLE Provider The MMOC SLE Software (MUS) was unable to connect to DSN TLM SLE Provider (ECONNREFUSED). The FOT requested that JPL restart their SLE process which fixed the problem. This problem last occurred on 9/03/2012. IMPACT: Activities delayed 32 minutes. No impact to NOAA SWPC since the spacecraft was in RTSW during this time.
