Activities:

Data Capture:  100%  DOY 146-153 2013

WS1 ground antenna (Near Earth Network) upgraded their software and
requested a command test (5/29/2013 DOY 149 1455-1515z).  Eleven "NO_OP"
commands were successfully sent to the spacecraft.  Post pass clock
calibration reports showed that the WS1 ground receipt time (telemetry)
was behind by 0.38 seconds.  Corrected clock reports were sent to ASC
and NOAA SWPC.  WS1 is investigating their "Card 2" settings.

WS1 also performed uplink/range tests on 5/22/2013 (DOY 142 1545-1900z)
and 5/23/2013 (DOY 143 1635-1750z).  Telemetry was not received in the
MMOC during these tests.
