Several Matrix detector strips on Telescopes A & B became noisy after last week's solar event which coincided with orbital perihelion that brings higher temperatures which in turn raise detector leakage currents and cause the increase in electronic noise. During data analysis we identified the noisy strips and developed the strategy to adjust Matrix detector thresholds and disable some Matrix detector strips on both Telescopes in order to improve instrument performance. Total: 54 strips disabled, 2 strips unusable. ======================================================================== Activities: Data Capture: 100% DOY 012-019 2014 The Near Earth Network continues to performed range tests in order to analyze the range bias with the Flight Dynamics Facility. 01/14/2014 2100-2150z WS1 01/15/2014 1655-1815z 9m Santiago 01/15/2014 1945-2130z WS1 01/16/2014 1618-1725z 9m Santiago 01/16/2014 1810-1920z WS1 01/17/2014 1605-1720z WS1 01/17/2014 1745-1904z 9m Santiago ======================================================================== Anomalies: None
