The Near Earth Network continues to perform range tests in order to
analyze the range bias with the Flight Dynamics Facility.

NOAA is calibrating the performance of their Boulder, CO antennas (6m)
for use with the DSCOVR mission.  For 3 weeks in May/June 2013, DSN
downlink signal strength measurements (at the low data rate) were sent
to the NOAA team so that they could perform simultaneous measurements
with their antenna.  NOAA found the data to be immensely helpful and has
requested another few weeks of data starting 2/10/2014.
