AGO3 has met range but not Doppler certification requirements. FDF suspects that the residual Doppler bias may be attributable to the AGO Cortex NCO quantization. FDF has proposed working with AGO3 personnel to investigate the problem. These certification tests are specifically for the DSCOVR mission. ACE is also interested in using Santiago if FDF determines that the Santiago ranging is sufficient to supplement or replace the DSN Canberra southern hemisphere ranging. ======================================================================== Anomalies: None
