Downlink was restored with 7 minutes before End Of Track, but insufficient time for final commanding. The onboard recorder was still in playback when the spacecraft transitioned to low-rate. IMPACT: NOAA SWPC did not receive data for 60 minutes because their other antennas are unable to track ACE at the high data-rate. The onboard recorder was automatically restored by the ground procedures but manual intervention was necessary to calculate redumps. DOY 112 04/22/2015 S-ACE-0700 G15-0009 DSS-54 Configuration Issue DSS-54 configured their equipment to receive the high data-rate before the commanding was completed. The MMOC ground system repeated the first command in the sequence since no telemetry was available to indicate that the command had reached the spacecraft. (DR# M108725). IMPACT: Activities delayed 19 minutes until DSS-54 reconfigured to receive the low data-rate. Once low-rate telemetry was received by the MMOC ground system, the remaining commands were sent.
