OCRs:

Update: MOCR ACE-366 Relax HGA constraint from 9 to 11 degrees for 2016 Summer Campaign
- The 2016 Extended HGA Summer Campaign will conclude with the 09/06/2016 attitude maneuver.  
- OSIRIS-Rex (ORX) is scheduled to launch 09/08/2016.  Several ACE DSN supports will be impacted by the proposed launch contingencies.  The return to the 9 degree upper limit antenna constraint will allow ACE to resume WS1 operations.
