Station reported "Carrier dropped out of lock unexpectedly. Loss of 2 way D= oppler, telemetry and Ranging. Halt All and SYM RESET was performed on DC11 followe= d by an ACQ CAR and ACQ SYM. Carrier in lock at 17:34:14z, Telemetry in lock at 17:34:4= 3 and Ranging in lock at 17:36:02z"(DR# G118035). IMPACT: Unrecoverable data loss totaling 213 seconds (~3.55 minutes). 4/13/2017 DOY 103 S-ACE-35-CTT-4 DSN Problem D65 - Madrid Complex Ops Chief notified FOT @ 08:18z that D65 had a system trip and had to re-es= tablish the uplink. The station=92s SLE command system was waiting for the MMOC. DSN reported = that =93S250W Transmitter down due to 'Open interlock: Microwave interlock or Key Switch is Safe' ala= rm." Corrective action included "1W D/L signal acquired. Interlock cleared by ILR. Permission gran= ted by OPS Chief to perform a new uplink acquisition at(08:02:35). CMD E at 08:03:30. 2W D/L si= gnal reacquired at 08:03:34, TLM locked at 08:04:01 and RNG lock achieved 0:05:36. (DR# M10992= 1)=94. FOT notified the Ops Chief that the MMOC software would automatically reset the command = link prior to issuing its next command. IMPACT: Minimal. Uplink capability lost for about ~6 minutes.
