Data Capture:  100%  DOY 167-174 2013

WS1 uplink/range test performed on 6/21/2013 (DOY 172 1505-1635z).

Monthly WS1 proficiency passes will resume.  The WS1 passes had been put
on hold during TDRS-K interference testing.  There are no extremely
contentious periods (e.g. GRAIL launch Sep 2011) currently in the DSN
schedule.  There had been some concern about the LADEE launch in Sep
2013.  But there are only a few days in September with minimal DSN
support.  Depending on the WS1 schedule, additional passes may be
scheduled.

A WS1 pass was taken on Monday 6/24/2013 (DOY 175 1430-1630z).
High-rate Eb/N0 was 1.8 dB.  No problems encountered.
