Dark Matter Telescope

• map the distribution of matter for z<1.5 from weak lensing, through deep, high quality images of galaxies
• moving and variable objects through repetitive surveys

Spectroscopic Wide-Field Telescope

• evolution of galaxies from z~4 to the present from star formation rates
• determine chemical abundances and kinematics
