We're Max and 99.  Our research interests include: the feeding, nesting and burrowing habits of gophers and other rodents; the geology of the San Gabriels;  and snow conditions in the southern Sierra.  We're also keenly interested in archeology and gardening - with a specialty in tomatoes and excavating the back yard.
